Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued if the trainer is unable to honour the scheduled training date.

Exceptional circumstances, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions, refunds may also be considered. 

For one-on-one sessions, a refund can be issued if the session is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. 

Please note that refunds will not be provided for online courses or one-on-one courses.
