My fitness philosophy is built on a powerful combination of scientific expertise and ten years of hands-on coaching experience. I believe the most effective training is safe, sustainable, and tailored to the individual.
My Commitment to You
My journey began with a scientific foundation—earning my First and National Diploma in Sport Science—which gave me the technical knowledge of how the body adapts to training. I then solidified my practical coaching skills by achieving my Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification through Origym.
Crucially, for the past decade, I have been dedicated to Boxing Fitness Training. This long-term, specialized experience ensures that every session I lead—whether it's strength training, cardio, or a Boxfit workout—is backed by proven methods, helping you achieve your goals faster and safer.
